Project Delta revealed! Tonight I finalized the transformation, and my Mad Catz Street Fighter IV Tournament Edition fight stick went from this:

To this!

As the Tournament Edition already has Sanwa arcade parts, it was mostly a cosmetic change.  I swapped out the last two buttons for an all white look, replaced the balltop with an icy blue Seimitsu bubble top.  I also swapped the black turbo panel out for a white one from one of my Special Edition fight sticks, dremelling the screw posts a bit so it would fit.  Then I took out the red bezel and used a full surface plexiglass replacement from Art’s Hobbies.  It sandwiches your artwork between the plexi and the metal plate, which is super easy to work with.  That way I can swap out the artwork, Sagat style,  when summer rolls around!

So there you go!  All ready to rock; all we’re waiting for now is a new Darkstalkers game – so get crackin’ Capcom!
